Maybe you'll have this bug in Oreon 1.3.3 release.

It's because your user doen't have enought rights to access to INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES, I don't try this case.

So you just have to unzip and moove the attached file in :

$oreon/www/include/configuration/configGenerate/

We just update our server yesterday and all phpbb services are not set up, like files attachement.

You can find the file on the svn tree, or contact me with MP, I'll send it.
